ABSTRACT
The article discusses results of a survey of executives at medium- and large-sized firms conducted by Parson Group. Almost two-thirds of those surveyed expect to engage outside professionals for help with enterprise resource planning, business process engineering, and e-business. Over one-third will commit capital to business process engineering initiatives.
