LéTourneau started her career as a financial analyst for the holding company Le Groupe SGF in 1984. She then became a financial consultant at Deloitte & Touche in 1986 before joining Power Corp. in 1989. She was promoted to assistant treasurer from her financial analyst position in 1992 and then moved on to treasurer in 1997. She discusses management tips and offers advice on teamwork.
