The article discusses the recovery of commercial accounts through collections. Experian, a global information solutions company, developed a service called Collection Priority Intelliscore which is automated and predictive, allowing companies to determine whether 50% of a commercial account can be recovered through collections. The Commercial Law League of America has found that, without a predictive tool, a company has a 72% chance of recovering a commercial account with collections after a year.
