This article focuses on job searching on the Internet, including for high level financial executives, as of September 1999. Exec-U-Net, an Internet-based executive job, career and networking organization, has experienced double digit growth over the previous year. Jonathan Bastis says he posted his resume on the Internet and within weeks was contacted by Sentinel Monitoring Corp. to become their chief financial officer. Larry Sisel also found work via the Internet and Exec-U-Net after he was downsized.
