ABSTRACT
The article reports that Siebel Systems Inc. and MRO Software have created a strategic alliance in which MRO has standardized its global sales procedures on Siebel eBusiness Applications. Based on Siebel Sales, the distribution lets MRO Software sales executives more effectively work with their international clients as well as improve the accuracy of their sales reporting and forecasting. With approximately 8,000 clients, MRO Software provides supply-and-demand solutions that strengthen the industrial supply chain.
