'Growth Traps' Can Hurt Recovery

The article focuses on a report from GartnerG2, a research service firm, which states that 70 percent of companies will fail to obtain their goals as a direct result of business growth traps. According to Michael Fleisher, president and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Gartner, business strategists are being fooled quite often by growth traps. As a result they are significantly hindered in their ability their businesses through recovery and growth. Fleisher also stated that the best way to combat growth traps is by recognizing them and immediately eliminating the threat.
