In the article the theoretical aspects of the essence of the process of forming financial results of activity. Defined the role and feature of the process of formation of the financial results of Zhovtnevoe area of Mykolaiv region. Calculated income (loss) and profitability of production and salling of agricultural enterprises of the Zhovtnevoe area. Reasonably structurally-logical schema of profit from the sale of agricultural products by enterprises and provided suggestions for areas of increasing financial activity results.
