The article analyzes the information technology policies of U.S. Presidential candidates Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. It is stated that Clinton published her tech plan this summer, titled Initiative on Technology & Innovation, which includes net neutrality, online privacy, internet governance, cybersecurity and other issues while Trump has not released his tech policy.
