The article presents reports from the Korean Chapter of the nonprofit World Aquaculture Society. Topics include the Biofloc Fish Culture Technology Seminar hosted by the National Institute of Fisheries and Science on May 12, 2016, the smoked abalone sent by the Wando island to South Korean athletes participating in the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and the Busan International Seafood & Fisheries Exposition 2016 to be hosted by the Busan Metropolitan City from October 27-29.
