ABSTRACT
Objective: To investigate the effects of levofloxacin and rifampicin on the changes of calcitonin, IL-15 and INF- γ in serum of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and calcitonin. Methods: 72 cases with pulmonary tuberculosis who were treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided to the control group and the experiment group, with 36 cases in each. All patients were given rifampin and Glucurolactone oral, and the patients in the experiment group were treated with levofloxacin. Then the changes of TCP, IL-15 and INF-γ in the serum of patients and the therapeutic effect in the two groups were observed and compared before and after the treatment. Results: Compared with before treatment, the levels of TCP, IL-15 and INF- γ in the two groups decreased after the treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); Compared with the control group, the levels of TCP, IL-15 and INF-γ in the experiment group were lower, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); The total clinical efficacy of the experiment group was 97.22%, which was higher than 86.11% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Levofloxacin and rifampicin can reduce the serum levels of TCP, IL-15 and INF- γ of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, and improve the clinical efficacy, which could provide references for clinical treatment.
