Reports on the limited supply of pneumococcal conjugate vaccines for children by the only U.S. supplier of 7-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (PCV7) as of December 2003. Span of the delays in shipments due to production constraints of pneumococcal vaccines; Measures done by Wyeth Vaccines to minimize shortages; Indications of the current supply assessments of U.S. PCV7 supply.
