ABSTRACT
This article presents job hunting tips for those who would want a career in the field of business logistics and transportation. First of all one has to keep his resume up-to-date. One should add details of key achievements, such as continuing professional development and training as they happen. The most obvious place to look is in the periodical "Logistics and Transport Focus." There is a large appointments section in each issue. There are recruitment agencies who specialize in filling logistics, supply-chain and transport vacancies. Remember to visit their Web sites for the latest opportunities. Do not overlook the obvious source of job advertisements such as national and local newspapers and the more general recruitment agencies. One might like to consider the Members of the Move service of the Institute of Logistics and Transport.
