ABSTRACT
This article reports that the autumn 2000 meeting of the golf society of the Institute of Logistics and Transport was held at the Little Aston Golf Club. The trophy was won by Duncan Ritchie with 33 points. The meeting was sponsored by the Bernard Group and the Miebach Logistics companies. Martin Elliott, was second, also with 33 points. Tony Hebb third and Richard Burgess fourth. The guest prize was won by Richard Toogood, and the special prizes were given to Andrew Kirkwood, Graham Gittings and Lyndon Edwards . The morning event was won by David Smith and Tom Brown. A successful day was concluded with the prize presentations and a highly entertaining cabaret from Gary Peddie. New members are welcome to join the society for the 2001 season, which starts with the spring meeting at Denham on May.
