Beeb picks up top Wolce 2003 award

BBC Learning, the training arm of the Beeb, scooped Training Provider of the Year 2003 at last month's Wolce Awards, which took place at NEC Corp. in Birmingham, England. Spring IT Training, along with LearnECDL, NCC Education and Course-Source, won Online Solution of the Year for their NHS ECDL project. On the product front, Autonomy Multimedia won best Bespoke Solution for its work with Land Rover Ltd., while KnowledgePool's Certificate of School Business Management picked up the prize for best Blended Solution. Next year's event will take place at NEC in Birmingham on November 16 and November 17, 2004.
