Britvic adopts the blended training route

Britvic Soft Drinks is implementing an e-learning program as part of its blended training approach for management. The £200,000 management development scheme will be used to train the firm's 420 senior and line managers. Futuremedia PLC and IQdos Ltd. have been hired to set up the program. Caz Hartard, training and development manager of the company, says the implementation is aimed at building in-house capabilities for the future.
