ABSTRACT
This article focuses on the proposition of a National Hydrogen Centre in Australia, to provide a focus for hydrogen-based activities. The centre, having a virtual national structure, will be involved in the activities of promoting and facilitating the early introduction of a hydrogen economy in Australia, acting as a broker for technology developments and utilization projects and assisting local industries with establishment of business and manufacturing opportunities. Besides acting as a central source of information for access by academia, research institutes, industry, governments and the community.
