ABSTRACT
The article looks at the changes to corporate social responsibility (CSR) reporting in the U.S., focusing on the guidelines issued by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). It explores the state of CSR reporting in the country and offers an overview of the G4 Reporting Guidelines, the fourth update issued by the GRI on sustainability reporting. Other CSR reporting guidance, such as the International Integrated Reporting Council, are noted.
