ABSTRACT
This article reports that the Stagecoach company has made, as of May 2000, a number of senior management changes. Mike Kinski, group chief executive, is leaving the company and Keith Cochrane, finance director, will become group chief executive, reporting to executive chairman Brian Souter. Frank Gallagher, president and chief operating officer of the company's branch in the U.S., will be become its chairman and chief executive officer, reporting to Keith Cochrane. Larry King will also leave the group. Frank Gallagher takes his place on the main board of the company. Ross Martin, managing director of the company's branch in New Zealand, will become chairman of the operations of the company in New Zealand, Australia and Hong Kong, reporting to Keith Cochrane.
