ABSTRACT
The article provides information related to the 35th U.S. President John F. Kennedy. In January 1956, the author had to cover committee hearings on such matters as business-oriented legislation-and stay in touch with senators and their staffs. One of these was the junior senator from Massachusetts, John F. Kennedy. Kennedy was very easy to talk to. Reporters could talk to him before or after a committee or subcommittee hearing. The president was assassinated in 1963.
