New York store ends policy of denying employment to Blacks

Reports that owners of C-Town supermarket in New York City, Hugo and Ramon Vargas, has promised to end their policy of not hiring Blacks. Reason the owners did not employ Blacks; Duration of the investigation conducted by the New York State's attorney general's office; Country which the store's nine employees are from.
