ABSTRACT
The British-based Institute of Logistics and Transport's information and technology special interest group held a day seminar which had the objective of using the supply-chain game as a facilitation tool to look at ways of integrating the supply-chain from the perspective of different organizations. Members and guests found the game a good starting point in creating a model for discussing issues and case studies on supply-chain integration. The day revolved around the game, and delegates looked at ways to resolve some of the actual issues confronting them in the game environment.
