ABSTRACT
Former British transport minister Glenda Jackson spoke at the Institute of Logistics and Transport President's Luncheon Education Awards held at the Park Lane Hotel in London, England. Jackson said that reducing congestion and making the world a better place for future generations were among the benefits the logistics profession brings to Great Britain. Jackson also presented the Institute's 1999 education awards.
