ABSTRACT
A study by international personal productivity training company Priority Management reveals the emergence of a new form of employee stress--'Digital Depression,' caused by the profusion of technological and communications devices designed to make working life simpler in Great Britain. Digital Depression is quickly becoming a human relations issue. Businesses are placing more stress on increasing employee productivity using new information technology systems and programs. Consequently, work related to stress escalated, costing 3.8 billion pounds each year.
