ABSTRACT
At the National Cream Awards Grand Prix 2003 in Birmingham, England, Land Rover won an award for its recruitment induction CD-ROM in the 'Best use of multimedia' category. The CD-ROM is aimed at the company's annual intake of employees. The winning feature of the CD-ROM was its personalized element, which permits the narrative to refer to the new recruit by name and describes information applicable to the position the employee has taken.
