News concerning the Institute of Management Services in Great Britain are discussed. Scott-Grant Training has hosted the recent presentation for the Student of the Year award 2001. For the fifth straight year, a delegate who studied with Scott-Grant Training gained the best results in the Institute's Certificate examinations. Meanwhile, it has been three years since the launch of the Institute's Productivity Index. In 2001, the Index has been sponsored by Lloyds TSB. This sponsorship deal has been extended for three more months. On the other hand, the Trustee of the R.M. Currie Memorial Fund are inviting applications for the 2002 Travelling Fellowship.
