ABSTRACT
This article looks at the process of finding a job. Some people are not fortunate and have changed thrust upon them in the form of redundancy. The preparation of an action plan is essential. In finding jobs, it is important to make sure that an updated curriculum vitae is prepared. In doing so, one must get the most out of his membership to the Institute of Logistics and Transport. He must also seek out advertisements in periodicals such as the "Focus". He must also register with the Members on the Move service. He needs to be involved in Special Interest Groups. He can also use the Institute of Logistics and Transport Library and Information Service.
