Cycle-Planning is an electronic mail discussion group that can be optionally accessed on the Web. it has been set up on behalf of the National Cycling Forum to provide a facility for practitioners in local authorities to exchange information and promote practices. The group may also be used to discuss conferences, publications news and issues relevant to achieving an increase in the levels of cycling in Great Britain.
