ABSTRACT
Great Britain-based ideasUK is hosting an international conference and Idea of the Year competition in November 2003. The competition includes the Productivity Trophy for ideas that raise the general awareness and importance of productivity within the organization, which is sponsored by the Institute of Management Services. The Productivity Category finalists for the 2003 conference are Anne Williams of 3M UK PLC and ST Microelectronics Ltd.'s John Bartolo and Darren Camilleri.
