ABSTRACT
Due to the success of the Mentor Scheme launched in 2002, the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) team at the Institute of Logistics and Transport has now increased the number of mentors available to everyone. Some of the benefits of having a mentor was discussed. A mentor can help professionals in increasing their creativity and innovation and to be more productive at work.
