David Lowe, a long standing member of The Chartered Institute of Transport and the Institute of Logistics has been awarded the prestigious Herbert Crow Memorial Award by the Worshipful Company of Carmen. David George Lowe is the author of 'The Transport Manager's and Operator's Handbook,' published annually for 31 years, which is required reading for all transport and small fleet managers. The award recognizes an individual who has significantly furthered transport knowledge and development through study, publication, analysis, research, training or systems or comparable activities of an educative and knowledge-enhancing nature.
