The Great Britain-based company, Pira International published the 'Packaging Waste Recycling Obligations--A business guide to British Regulations,' written by Owen Lomas and Ian Rose of the international law firm, Allen & Overy. It deals with the elements of producer responsibility, its history and regulations from a business perspective. It offers an understanding of packaging waste recycling from a European background. Concluding chapters of the book provides forecasts and analyses of the outcome of the review of the regulations. Copies may be purchased from Pira International Publications.
