Awards Democratic presidential candidate Wesley Clark an "A" for his humble treatment in his new autobiography, "Winning Modern Wars," of an incident in Serbia in which Clark rappelled down a ravine to try to help French soldiers trapped in a burning vehicle. Account of the incident by Michael Kranish in "The Boston Globe;" Comment by Kranish on why Clark failed to devote much space to the incident in his book.
