ABSTRACT
Southfield, Michigan-based Wind Point Partners LP announced that it sold DeKalb, Illinois-based packaging company Alloyd Co. Inc. to SCA North America of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for $97 million. Alloyd is the leading manufacturer of blister-packaging machines and heat-seal tooling. Its annual revenue is $80 million and it employs 561 people. SCA North America is a subsidiary of Stockholm, Sweden-based SCA Group.
