ABSTRACT
In order to prevent coal spontaneous combustion in underground coal mine, based on analysis of work characteristics of pneumatic diaphragm pump and water jet pump, the non-power combined pumping station for fire prevention and extinguishing local grouting technology were put forward.According to the requirements, combination mode and type of the local grouting pumps were identified. The maximum transmission distance of combination pump was calculated, technical process and grouting system configuration of combined pumping station were given. The calculation model of shortest length pipe for connecting combined pumps was established. The research results showed non-power combined pumping station which was constructed by pneumatic diaphragm pump and water jet pump, could maintain the characteristics of briefness, portability,safety. Meanwhile, the non-power combined pumping station could solve difficult problems,such as automatic and continuous pulping, long distance slurry conveying, maintaining outlet pressure. The maximum transmission distance of slurry conveying could reach 189 m of pipe diameter 50 mm which was about 1.6 times of pneumatic diaphragm pump.The non-power long distance local grouting technology was suitable to prevent coal spontaneous combustion area in underground coal mine.
