Choosing between the plethora of Learning Management Systems (LMSs) on the market can be a challenge, as all provide a sophisticated piece of software that manages staff education, while enabling organizations to reduce budgets through centralizing learning and pinpointing excess resources. Therefore, the main area of differentiation is how the LMS will be used a company might want a basic system or might need lots of extra functionality. The main thing people are looking to do with an LMS is track, manage, report on and deploy their electronic-learning.
