ABSTRACT

The article provides information related to managing director of the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, Geoff Alltimes. His remit includes human resources and electoral register, while the organization as a whole is made up of eight departments including education, social services, housing, environment and finance which look after everything from schools and monitoring air quality to providing training and advice to small businesses. In an effort to prove the importance of IT training and to support his staff, he recently enrolled on a pilot scheme for a European Computer Driving Licence training project that the authority is rolling out.
