ABSTRACT
SkillSoft Corp. has sold its Swedish business to Edvantage as part of its strategy of operating in key European regions through a partner network, rather than selling direct. Edvantage Group is one of the leading electronic-learning companies in the Nordic region. The acquisition follows a number of major customer wins, including a £120,000 contract with Oslo-based oil and energy company Norsk Hydro to train some 50,000 employees across 60 countries.
