Ikon Office Solutions Inc., Great Britain's largest office technology distributor, has outsourced the majority of its IT training to E-cademy in a deal said to be worth six figures. As part of the one-year contract, the London-headquartered training provider will be responsible for placing Ikon's 2,000 Great Britain employees on accredited Microsoft and Compaq/HP certification courses on an ad-hoc basis. E-cademy will have complete management control over the outsourced tuition for the organization, which has 30 sites around Great Britain.
