ABSTRACT
The article presents the thesis study "TRAINING LEADERS: A SYSTEMS APPROACH TO LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT," by Michael B. Pawelke. This study was proposed to integrate a leadership development tool for new and existing leaders to serve in the context of the local church, and will address numerous areas of leadership character and competencies. It will make a careful study of a biblical theology of the church and of leadership and compare it with the growing data on systems theory.
