The article presents information about ways to change a low self-esteem. People always behave and respond in a way that is consistent with their own self-image. If you see yourself as someone who is stressed or lacks confidence, your future behavior will be consistent with this image. Alternatively, you can choose how you want to see yourself and your behavior will be consistent with your new self-image. You become more resourceful and problems become challenges that you feel better equipped to handle. You feel that you have choices in any situation. Self-image is powerful in determining a person's behavior and his response to stress. INSET: Test how you see yourself.
