ABSTRACT
The flooring business of Martha Stewart Signature Furniture is planned to be reorganized. Company executive Sharon Patrick said that the plans are prompted by the below-average performance of the flooring business. Among the issues that the company is seeking to address includes the reduction of the number of product offerings, changes in in-store presentations and product galleries, adjustment of existing pricing policies, and introductions of more revenue-generating campaigns. Furthermore, the company is planning to bank on favorable patio furniture sales to recoup some of its financial losses.
