The article discusses aspects of the Affordable Care Act in the U.S. It argues the conditions of state waivers to cancel the ACA's employer mandate where they are responsible for employee's fringe benefits. Also investigated is the innovative strategies needed to pursue to provide strategies with access to affordable and high quality health insurance.
