ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the progress of Forums in the Technology Faculty as of November 2003. The Information Technology Forum presented a seminar entitled Real-time gets real. The content focused on truly real-time distribution planning solutions for the logistics and transport sectors. The Warehousing and Materials Handling Forum held regular meetings throughout the autumn to progress its seminar agenda for 2004. The Radio Frequency Identification Forum has met at the Deloitte and Touche offices in London, England.
