ABSTRACT
A little comedy helps us cope with a lot of tragedy and the sooner in life we learn how to laugh, the happier we'll be. Anyone who has been exposed regularly to heartache and loss, sickness, death, dementia understands. It is perhaps the greatest coping skill of all. But before you can learn it, you have to face the hard, sad facts of real life. Coping, as well as feeling compassion and grieving, is a lesson that should come early in life, when there's still enough resilience and hope to continue moving forward.
