The article reports that technology firm Apple Inc. is planning to shift perceptions of its brand away from hardware to customer services and apps. Revenues at Apple reached a record 75.9 billion dollars in the December 2015 quarter while the company sold 74.8 million iPhones. The general market for electrical devices was slow in the Christmas period.
