ABSTRACT
The article discusses the use of food trucks by U.S. church ministries to homeless people. It describes a food truck run by pastor Allen Lutes that serves homeless women and children at the Presbyterian Night Shelter in Fort Worth, Texas. Also addressed are a food truck church run by pastor Margaret Kelly in St. Paul, Minnesota and a food truck ministry to homeless people in San Antonio, Texas led by chef Joan Cheever.
