LAST night was the launch of the 2016 edition of Ireland's Blue Book, compiled by the Irish Country Houses & Restaurants Association. L'Ecrivain is a member and I am the Blue Book's new president, a position I will hold for two years. It is a huge honour and I am looking forward to it.
