ABSTRACT
An approach to determination of modifying additives in new materials based on SnO in solutions using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) after microwave digestion in a mixture of acids is proposed. On the basis of the studies performed, a method of determination of Au and Sb is developed with RSD = 0.06 and 0.08, respectively. This method can be used for validation of the results of solid-state analysis of new materials.
