Determination of gold and antimony in advanced materials based on tin dioxide using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry

An approach to determination of modifying additives in new materials based on SnO in solutions using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) after microwave digestion in a mixture of acids is proposed. On the basis of the studies performed, a method of determination of Au and Sb is developed with RSD = 0.06 and 0.08, respectively. This method can be used for validation of the results of solid-state analysis of new materials.
