ABSTRACT

Electronic Arts Europe is part of U.S. games behemoth Electronic Arts (EA), the world's largest developer and publisher of interactive entertainment software for systems including the Sony PlayStation 2, Microsoft Xbox and Nintendo GameBoy Advance. Last year, more than 22 EA titles sold over a million units, including The Sims, Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets and James Bond 007. Other revenue streams include online games subscriptions, selling advertisement on web pages, providing packaged goods through its online store, and by allowing other firms to make and sell EA products under licence.
