ABSTRACT
This article provides domestic box office ratings of top 50 films in two different weeks of the month of September 2003. It gives information about the distributor, three-day weekend gross, percentage of change prior weekend, number of theaters, change of theaters, per theater average, days in release and total gross sales of each film. Total gross sales of all fifty films amount to $2,957,192,341. New entries this week are "The Rundown," "Under the Tuscan Sun," "The Duplex" and "The Gospel of John."
